Parent managers are responsible for managing the game schedule for their team. The league and club do their best to set the initial schedule for the season but inevitably there are gaps to fill and that is your time to shine.
These gaps appear as either TBS (to be scheduled) or F1 on your initial schedule. These are games that have not been scheduled yet due to either the home or away team having a conflict, no field availability, etc. In addition, TBS games may crop up mid-season due to weather cancellations or tournament games being added.
If Hoboken United is the home team it is your responsibility to initiate this process. If Hoboken United is the away team your opponent should initiate this process but it never hurts to nudge them.
TBS(h)- the home team cannot play on that day
TBS(v)- the visiting team cannot play on that day
TBS(b)- both teams cannot play on that day
TBS(l)- the league couldn't provide an opportunity to play on that day
F1- default field designation for no field available.
If a TBS or F1 game shows a time, that is just a placeholder.
If a F1 game shows a location such as Ho-Ho-Kus, that is a placeholder as it is the NCSA office.
According to NCSA Rules of Competitions: All TBS games listed in the initial NCSA Schedule are to be scheduled within 4 weeks from the first game played of the season.
Additionally, all games marked as (TBS) during the season due to changes to schedule must be scheduled within 2 weeks from game becoming a (TBS).
All TBS games not scheduled within that 2 week period will incur a fee of $100 per incident. Let's not let that happen!

Once they confirm, email Hoboken United Registrar (registrar@hobokenunited.com)
The email MUST contain: your team, opponent, game #, requested date and time, requested field AND a confirmation from the opponent. This can be you forwarding the email confirmation, a screenshot of their confirmation. We MUST see that they agreed to the date and time.
Your game is NOT confirmed until you receive an email back from Hoboken United saying CONFIRMED. Just because you sent it in does not automatically mean you are confirmed, other teams may have requested the same time before you.
**New games must entered be in prior to 11am on the Monday before the game. Referee scheduling begins then, and any games entered after that may not have a referee. Please take a look at the NCSA rules of competition for a complete explanation- see section 5.3.6. They are listed on the NCSA website.
